To infinite, ever present Love, all is Love, and there is no error, no sin sickness, nor death. Mary Baker Eddy

This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Colleen F Jason who was born in New Jersey on December 19, 1953 and passed away on February 27, 2008 at the age of 54.   Colleen's three year seven month battle with ovarian cancer, is now over.  Colleen was a daughter of Frank and Maryann Reilly.   She enjoyed nature, gardening, reading, traveling, surfing the net and she loved spending time with her family, friends and of course her cat.   Colleen enjoyed life to the fullest extent that she could. She was a wonderful woman with an amazing strength. A woman who on her worst day, would listen to you and try to help or fix any problems you were having.  Her smile would light up a room and you could always feel safe and comforted in knowing she was around. Colleen touched many hearts and now God has her to touch many more in heaven ...........
Colleen is survived by her husband, Robert Jason; her son, Michael Jason of  Brownsville, NY; her daughter, Jessica Jason of Nesconset, NY; brothers, Kevin, Timothy and Chris; sisters, Becky, Peggy, Carol, Patty, Janet and Debbie; and a grandchild, Delaney.    A graveside service, officiated by Father John Tokaz, was held at Greensprings Natural Cemetery in Newfield, NY on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 2:00pm.    A get together was held on Monday afternoon into the evening in Jamesport, NY, organized by Jessica Jason.  Arrangements had been entrusted to Covert Funeral Home, 7199 S. Main St., Ovid, NY. 877-828-3411.
I would like to sincerely thank our friends and family for their kindness, support and sympathy shown to Colleen and her family during her illness and after her passing.  Thank you All.   Colleen will live forever in our memories and hearts.

When you were born, an angel smiled,

As you became a child, an angel sat on your shoulder

When you became an adult, an angel held your hand

As you grew older, an angel walked down the road with you,

And, when you died, another angel got their wings.
